Get Healthy, Knoxville!
The Vegetarian Society of East Tennessee (VSET) has invited Dr. Crystal Whitten, PhD, to share her secrets for a better life from 4 to 6 pm, leaving plenty of time for questions from the audience. A meal follows at 6 pm; please bring vegan side dishes to compliment the healthy main dish, which VSET will provide. This is a free event, but donations are welcomed and needed to help offset expenses. If you plan to attend, please RSVP with Bob Grimac at bobgrimac@gmail.com. They would like to get at least 50 people into the hall to hear this
wise and wonderful speaker.
